Campus on the Hill
In 2018, FFW realized that the organization could no longer sustain the outdated structure of its current location due to high maintenance costs. Board members began developing a plan to rebuild the current location into a new Campus on the Hill that will exist for decades to come. Because FFW is funded exclusively through donations, in 2019 the FFW board established a Capital Campaign Committee comprised of FFW board members and community members to help launch a three-year capital campaign. The current FFW facility was built in 1935 and is not sustainable for future use due to exorbitant maintenance costs. The goal of this Campus on the Hill Project is to ensure sustainability and longevity by rebuilding FFW’s physical space to include a community hall accessible to all community members and a new resident hall that will house men in the program and offer dedicated classroom space for programming.
