HOW CAN I HELP?

There are several ways you can get involved at FFW!

Transportation: Our residents on campus here at FFW need on occasion transport to various places. (Social Security, BMV, Doctor [health, eye, dental, etc.], Probation, Job Interviews).

Meal Preparation for Wednesday Night Service: We have a list of folks that bring the main dish for Wednesday on a rotation, volunteers for sides is always welcome and a huge help. Volunteer to bring a side or two.

Cleaning Rooms: As our residents’ graduate and move on the rooms need refreshed and touched up a bit. Volunteers that would be willing to adopt a room and spruce it up a bit before we have a new family member move in is a huge blessing.

Fund Raisers: We need folks to take on tasks in preparation for our annual fundraisers. This would be a huge blessing to the Director/John Roberts to pass along some duties to be accomplished before each event.

PRAYER

Prayer is greatly appreciated and has a huge impact on us as well as a great blessing.

1. Prayer for the residents here at FFW.

2. Pray for former residents and alumni of FFW.

3. Pray for all the people that come on Wednesday evenings, also everyone involved with FFW (facilitators, volunteers, mentors).

4. Pray for the leadership of FFW, Martha Metts, Carol Shrewsbury, Ralph Wiseman, Gary Reed, Donnie Whitlow, John Mishler, Mike Finn, John & Tracy Roberts

Freed From Within has a mentor program called the Barnabus Gang. This will involve alumni and folks in the community. This program is for men and women, Freed From Within is a male only Transitional Living Campus, however we are also diverse. The Ruth & Naomi Ministries is for ladies, therefore, the ladies will also need mentors. Freed From Within is a community outreach program as well, “Loving God and Our Neighbors.”
